We offer a straightforward return process to ensure a safe and smooth shopping experience for all customers.
Return Period: All returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fee: A flat-rate return shipping fee of $9.00 USD will be deducted from your refund for all returned items.
Return Handling Fee: A 2% processing fee will be applied to all return orders to cover administrative and logistics costs.
Final Sale Items: All clearance, discounted, and special promotional items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Condition: All returned products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Items that are damaged, worn, or missing accessories will be rejected.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned package, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
